Each round opens with a picture already broken apart and scrambled into a grid, and your job is to shuffle the pieces back into place. Only one empty space exists on the board, so every move means sliding a neighbouring tile into that gap — there is no lifting pieces out and dropping them where you want them. That single constraint is what gives the puzzle its bite. Getting one tile where you want it usually means temporarily displacing others, and the last few pieces are always the hardest, because the space you need to work in has shrunk to almost nothing. Experienced players tend to solve these row by row, locking the top line in place before starting on the next, and that approach pays off here. There is a timer on each picture, so you cannot simply nudge tiles at random until something clicks. You need to be reading the image as you go and working out where each fragment belongs while the clock runs down. The reward for finishing is the reveal — the completed portrait, and the name of the footballer you have just pieced together.
