Last Day on Earth: Survival is a 2D survival RPG set in a ruined city of 51 explorable locations, each holding resources that fuel your continued existence against the post-apocalyptic world's threats. The resource loop begins at the Workbench — collecting wood and metal from the environment enables crafting weapons and tools that make subsequent exploration safer and more productive. Each level-up opens the Attribute screen where strategic investment in HP, ATK, Speed, and Search creates a character build that reflects your preferred playstyle. The 51-location exploration structure creates a true open-world survival sandbox. Early-game locations yield basic materials and manageable threats; mid-game locations hold better resources behind tougher enemies; and the distant corners of the map provide premium crafting materials for the strongest equipment but demand a well-equipped, high-level character to reach safely. The survival target — lasting 50 days and exploring all 51 locations — provides both a time structure and a completionist goal. Dispatch timing is the strategic layer. Going out to explore in daylight while returning to the safe house before night creates the daily cycle discipline that prevents preventable deaths in the open. Night exploration is only advisable for a well-equipped, high-HP character prepared for the increased danger.
